ARAMIS assists its clients, a wide range of payment industry actors, in the setting up and management of domestic and cross-border programmes and cooperation agreements. This includes the legal structuring, the negotiation of commercial and IT agreements, the subsequent regulatory procedures and license applications with the French supervision authority (ACPR) as TPP payment, e-money or credit institution. ARAMIS participated in the transposition workshops of several EU Directives, is a member of the joint ACPR-AMF Fintech Innovation Forum and developed a network of European lawyers specialized in Fintechs. The practice is ranked by Chambers Global, Leaders League and Who’s Who Legal.
