Mathilde Delime

Mathilde Delime joined the Litigation & Arbitration team of Aramis in 2024.

She specialises in commercial litigation. She assists both French and international companies before civil, commercial and arbitration courts. In particular, she advises companies in the energy sector and assists them before the French Committee of Dispute Resolution and Sanctions of the Energy Regulation Commission (Comité de Règlement des Différends et Sanctions of the Commission de la Régulation de l’Energie – CoRDiS).

Education

Mathilde holds a Master’s degree in Law and Governance of International and European Affairs from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne in cooperation with the University of Bucharest (Franco-Romanian Legal College for European Studies).

She holds a Diplôme Universitaire of applied language in Common law from the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and completed a six-month clerkship at the Court of Appeal of Paris within the 5-4 Chamber specialized in Competition & Distribution cases.

She is fluent in French and English.
