Héloïse Gravel was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2020. She specialises in corporate law and is part of the Corporate/M&A department of Aramis.
Her practice focuses on majority and minority acquisitions, including LBOs. She advises both national and international clients on cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, corporate (re)structurings and various company law related questions.
Before joining Aramis in 2024, she practiced private equity at the law firms Hoche Avocats and Gaudin Chardin & Associés (GCA).
