Aramis assists What’s Cooking

Aramis has assisted the Belgian group What’s Cooking ? in its acquisition of Sveltic, a subsidiary of the Mousquetaires/Intermarché group.

The Belgian group Whats’ Cooking, which specialises in the marketing of prepared meals and charcuterie throughout Europe, aims to accelerate its development by acquiring the company Sveltic, which has a production plant in Rennes and 172 employees.

Previously part of the Groupement Mousquetaires, Sveltic manufactures fresh and frozen ready meals under private labels. Negotiations began at the start of the year and culminated in the sale of the company at the end of March 2025.

The Aramis team involved in this transaction comprised M&A partner Raphaël Mellerio and associate Charline Cogels, competition law partner Pierre Galmiche and employment law partner Frédéric Milcamps.
