Aramis has assisted Unique Heritage Media, a media and publishing group dedicated to children and their relatives, in the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Disney Hachette Presse (renamed Unique Heritage Entertainment), a joint-venture owned by the Disney and Lagardère groups, which publishes youth magazines relating to the Disney characters in the French language (Le Journal de Mickey, Picsou Magazine, etc.). This acquisition has enabled the group built by Unique Heritage Media to double its size.
Aramis was advising Unique Heritage Media, with Alexis Chahid-Nouraï, partner, Aliénor Harel and Quentin Laurent for M&A aspects, Benoît Gréteau, partner, Rébecca Renard and Charlotte Bittermann for tax aspects, Frédéric Milcamps, partner, and Lucie Larsonneur-Vaysse for employment matters, Benjamin May, partner, Benjamin Shriqui and Farah Bencheliha in IP/IT, and Aurélien Condomines, partner, and Hortense Gautier, for distribution and commercial contracts.
