Aramis advised Trocadero Capital Partners on its acquisition of a stake in La Boutique du Coiffeur, France’s leading distributor of professional hairdressing and beauty products.
Trocadero CP has joined forces with Arkéa Capital, Euro Capital and Caisse d’Épargne Grand-Est Europe, as well as Roland Tarrenta (CEO) and the founding family, to support the Group’s strong growth and development ambitions, notably through organic and external growth projects in France and Europe.
This transaction is part of a primary MBO that will enable management to ultimately own around 40% of the company’s shares.
This transaction enables Trocadero CP to broaden its portfolio of holdings in the consumer goods sector, in which the fund already has a successful presence.
The Aramis team was led by partner Aymeric de Mol, assisted by counsel Aliénor Harel and Léa Lorentz on Corporate/M&A aspects. Nelson Da Riba, partner, and Salomé Saada worked on tax aspects, Émeline Peltier, partner, and Constance Kassab on real estate aspects, Pierre Galmiche, partner, on economic law aspects and Amina Kahlal on IT, IP and Data aspects.
