Aramis advises three family offices on the acquisition of a minority stake in the 123 Investment Managers group

Aramis has advised three family offices on the acquisition of a minority stake in the 123 Investment Managers group, a private equity and real estate management company managing €1.2 billion on behalf of private and institutional investors.

The 123 Investment Managers group was created in 2001 by Olivier Goy, Xavier Anthonioz-Rossiaux and Richard Allanic and currently employs over sixty people.

The Aramis team for this transaction was composed of Raphaël Mellerio (partner) and Gaëtan Le Page (associate) on corporate/M&A aspects, Nelson Da Riba (partner) and Salomé Saada (associate) on tax aspects, Frédéric Milcamps (partner) and Cyrielle Fauconnet (associate) on social aspects, Florent Mattern (associate) on RGPD/IT aspects, David Roche (partner) and Anaël Boyer (associate) on regulatory aspects.

The 123 Investment Managers group and its shareholders were assisted by Alantra as financial advisor and Fides Partners as legal advisor.
