Aramis advises the Dutheil family on the sale of Ressorts Lacroix to Lesjöfors AB

Aramis assisted the Dutheil family in the sale of the entire share capital of Ressorts Lacroix to the Swedish company Lesjöfors AB.

On October 1, 2024, the Dutheil family finalized the sale of 100% of the share capital of Ressorts Lacroix to the Swedish company Lesjöfors AB, a subsidiary of the Swedish industrial group Beijer Alma AB.

Founded in 1951, Ressorts Lacroix is a family-owned company specializing in the manufacture of precision springs and shaped parts for numerous strategic sectors such as hydraulics, aeronautics and general industry. Based in Meung-sur-Loire since 2000, the company was taken over in 2017 by Yohan Duteil, and today boasts a large customer base in France and over 40 employees.

This acquisition now enables Lesjöfors AB, with the support of Yohan Dutheil who retains his operational perimeter in the company, to increase its presence in France and continue to develop its business in Europe.

The Aramis team advising the sellers included partner Aymeric de Mol and associate Héloïse Gravel.
