Aramis advised Quaero Capital on the sale of its stakes in the ultra-high-speed fibre project companies Rosace Fibre and Losange Fibre to Altitude Infrastructure.
Deployed in France’s Grand Est region, both FTTH Public Initiative Networks Rosace Fibre and Losange Fibre, launched respectively in 2016 and 2017, now bring fibre to more than 1.4 million homes and businesses.
Founded in Geneva in 2005, Quaero Capital manages CHF 3.0 billion (31.12.2021) and offers a range of strategies accessible through its funds under Luxembourg and Swiss law, as well as private equity funds investing in European infrastructure and French property.
