The Aramis law firm assisted the Fayat Group in its acquisition of NXO, a French company specializing in the integration and management of digital business flows, from industrial investor Butler Industries.
Fayat, with sales of 4.1 billion euros (2020), operates in 170 countries and employs nearly 21,500 people. The group offers solutions for the construction market in 7 main areas: civil engineering, foundations, building, energy & services, metal, boiler making and road equipment. With this acquisition, Fayat is strengthening its “Fayat Energie Services” division, and in particular its Digital & Systems activity, to meet the growing needs of the group’s customers in the context of the digital transformation of companies (digitization and improvement of overall performance).
