Aramis advised Danish group Dall Energy on the acquisition of Weiss France Energie and Biomasse Services & Maintenance

Aramis supports Dall Energy ApS in its acquisition of Weiss France Energie and Biomasse Services & Maintenance from Groupe Roullier

Dall Energy, a Danish company specializing in the engineering of biomass heat production solutions (of which the Eiffel Essentiel infrastructure fund has been the main investor since 2023), has acquired the entire share capital of Weiss France Energie and Biomasse Services Maintenance from the Roullier Group, a French agro-industrial player, which had invested in the target group in 2012.

Weiss France Energie is a French leader in the design and installation of biomass boilers, mainly for industrial customers, local authorities and the tertiary sector. Created in 2022, Biomasse Services et Maintenance complements Weiss France Energie’s expertise by offering a biomass boiler maintenance service.

Founded in 2007 by Jens Dall Bentzen, Dall Energy develops innovative biomass gasification technologies primarily for the Danish market, but is keen to develop its expertise abroad, particularly in France.

This new acquisition by the Dall Energy group consolidates its position in the booming French market, and opens up new prospects for growth and synergies in France and Europe, particularly in the field of district heating and more generally in the energy sector.

The Aramis team advising the purchaser was led by partner Raphaël Mellerio, and included corporate specialists Héloïse Gravel, Léa Lorentz and Aubry Le Bouar, tax specialist Nelson Da Riba, and employment law specialist Frédéric Milcamps, partner with Marianne Bréard.
