Aramis was founded in January 2006 by lawyers who previously worked for well-known international law firms. The experience gathered within these firms, and in particular the requirements of a high level of quality, have led ARAMIS to opt for a service model based on the availability of its partners, the provision of answers and advice suited to fit its clients’ needs and the adequation between its fees and the work effectively provided. ARAMIS is now a team of 10 lawyers, including three partners.

Litigation and advisory practice. ARAMIS provides its clients with assistance in specific fields of business law, both from a litigation and advisory standpoint. The fact of assisting clients in this way enables ARAMIS to have a comprehensive approach of all the matters handled by the firm.

Areas of specialty. The market for legal services tends towards specialization and ARAMIS has thus decided to focus on specific areas of business law, while constantly improving its knowledge of its clients’ businesses. This legal and sectoral specialization enables the firm to offer services with a significant added value. ARAMIS also relies on a network of reputable correspondents in other areas of business law (tax law, labor law) and coordinates the work of such correspondents in order to offer seamless services.

International. ARAMIS uses a network of reliable correspondents all over the world to handle matters with international aspects, while acting as a one-stop shop for its clients. The experience formerly gathered by its partners within international law firms and the practice of the main foreign languages used in the business world enable ARAMIS to assist French companies for their operations in other countries, and also to assist clients from all over the world in the context of their development in France.
